Transcription: Toronto's Chinatown represents the proud beginning of a thriving Chinese population in the city. Roughly 10% of Toronto's 4 million people are of Chinese descent. While the older generation still prefers the carnival atmosphere of the downtown Chinatown, many younger generation Chinese-Canadians have moved to the spacious suburbs of Scarborough, Mississauga and North York.
